Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the credit unions operational and financial future. This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategic growth someone who can see the big picture and still roll up their sleeves to ensure the details are right.
In this role, you will:
The ideal candidate will be an aspirational leader who embraces innovation, challenges silos, and inspires collaboration. Youll be a change agent who sees possibilities where others see obstacles and youll be energized by helping the credit union grow stronger, smarter, and better prepared for the future.
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience in financial institution operations, accounting, or a related discipline (credit union experience preferred). A proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial health through strategic decision-making. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire both peers and staff.

The salary range for this position is approximately $65,000-$70,000 annually.
