DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Grocery Logistics Delivery Team is looking for a Supply chain manager in the Delivery Execution Team to manage strategic, cross-functional projects within Amazon's Grocery business with a focus on Grocery Stores Delivery. In this role, they will work across Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance Teams to lead new, high impact projects, as well as drive improvements to existing processes in a complex space. The role requires innovative thinking, deep dive abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a highly visible role with direct, ongoing impact to our customers’ experience. We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in delivering results in an ambiguous, high-paced environment.

- Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams
- Analyze and synthesize data to identify business opportunities for improving customer experiences and P&L
- Define metrics and program management mechanisms to track success of the program
- Invent & Simplify processes to drive decision making in highly ambiguous situations
- Lead reviews with leadership to communicate progress of the program

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
