Our client, a leading provider of ultra high-end interiors and custom furniture for luxury residential spaces, based in the Miami Design District, is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist / Showroom Assistant to be the first point of contact for their prestigious clientele. This role is perfect for someone with experience in luxury retail, who thrives on delivering a 5-star experience and enjoys interacting with high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients, designers, architects, and other VIP visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Escort clients around the showroom, providing product information and creating a memorable first impression.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the showroom calendar.
  • Assist with coordinating showroom visits, client consultations, and events.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and light office management.
  • Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard, reflecting the luxury brand.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to facilitate seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, concierge, or front-of-house professional, ideally in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end interiors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Positive, friendly, and proactive attitude, with a genuine passion for luxury service.
