Pixlcat Coffee is looking for a Lead Barista . We are an established and loved specialty cafe from San Francisco. This is more than a coffee job; it’s a chance to build something from the ground up and craft unforgettable customer experiences.

We’re opening our doors soon, and we need someone with serious coffee chops who’s ready to take ownership and grow with us.

• Be the face of Pixlcat — build genuine relationships with our guests and community

• Run the bar with confidence and efficiency, with deep knowledge of espresso and coffee prep

• Collaborate directly with ownership to shape systems, service, and culture — your voice will help shape the shop

• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment

• Help build an environment that’s welcoming, creative, and always improving

• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and espresso fundamentals

• Proficiency with La Marzocco machines and dial-in workflows

• At least 1–2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced setting

• Confidence in leading shifts and making decisions independently

• A customer-first mindset and natural people skills

• Experience opening cafes or leading teams

• Interest in sourcing, seasonal menus, or coffee education

• Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, or café operations tools
